This group was concerned with the way a neighborhood was divided into zones corresponding with various elementary schools. The lines, many argued, we drawn arbitrarily. And the neighborhood might be reorganized in any number of ways.

For the group's identity, rather than a single lock-up of the name, I created a series of different lock-ups by changing the measure.
